Your information is stored securely using Halaxy on Australian servers. Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.

Information may be disclosed to treating health professionals, Medicare, health funds, or where required by law. We do not sell your information.

You may request access or correction of your information by contacting us.

9. Retention of records

Adult records are retained for at least 7 years. Child records are retained until at least age 25.

10. Telehealth Privacy Disclaimer

PR Nutrition offers telehealth services using secure communication platforms. While reasonable steps are taken to protect your privacy, you acknowledge that electronic communication carries inherent risks and confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed.

By participating in telehealth services, you agree to:

a. Ensure you are in a private environment during sessions.

b. Use a secure internet connection where possible.

c. Understand that technical interruptions may occur.

d. Acknowledge that PR Nutrition is not responsible for privacy breaches caused by factors outside our control, including third‑party technology providers or your personal devices.

We recommend you notify us immediately if you have any concerns regarding privacy during telehealth sessions.
