Appointments are structured to allow the time and support needed for your individual goals.

75 minutes - $245

Extended initial appointments for eating disorder support, allowing time for a comprehensive and collaborative first session.

60 minutes - $205

Initial appointments for all other referrals, and standard review consultations.

45 minutes - $155

Review appointments, often suitable once we’ve begun working together and have an established plan.

30 minutes - $105

Short review or check-in appointments, typically used later in the process for ongoing support.

NDIS (60 minutes) - $188.99

For self-managed and plan-managed participants, in line with current NDIS pricing arrangements.

Fees apply to in-person, telehealth and phone consultations.

  • If you have a referral from your GP under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) or an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDP), you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for dietetic appointments.

    The current Medicare rebate for dietetic consultations is $61.80 per session.

    A GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) provides access to up to 5 Medicare-rebated allied health sessions per calendar year, which may include dietetic appointments.

    An Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDP) provides access to up to 20 Medicare-rebated dietetic sessions within a 12-month period.

    Please note that Medicare rebates do not cover the full consultation fee, and a gap payment will apply.

    Payment and Claiming

    The full consultation fee is payable at the time of your appointment. After payment, the Medicare rebate can be processed, and the rebate is typically deposited into your nominated bank account within a few days.

    If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a care plan or referral, please speak with your GP.

  • Some private health insurance policies include rebates for dietetic services under extras cover. The rebate amount and eligibility will vary depending on your individual policy.

    If you wish to claim through your private health insurance, a receipt will be provided following your appointment that you can submit to your health fund.

    Please contact your health fund directly to confirm whether dietetic services are included in your policy and the rebate amount available.

  • Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments that are missed without notice may incur the full appointment fee.

    We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and discretion may be applied in exceptional situations. If something comes up, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can support you and offer the appointment time to someone else who may be waiting.
